HDR Still Photography

HDR “High Dynamic Range” photography is a method of combining image data from multiple digital exposures to create one photograph with detail normally not possible (bracketing) . Regular methods of creating images have less range than the human eye can see. These are called “Standard” or “Low Dynamic Range.” We process every set of images for a shoot so if your shoots consists of 30 photos we repeat the process 30 times. Currently we are doing the editing in house and not farming out the process to outside sources.

Virtual Tour (free with photo shoot)

BREP’s virtual tour is created by taking the HDR images we captured at your photo shoot and arranging them for viewing by customers and clients over the internet. Your listing through the IMLS (Intermountain Multiple Listing Service) then can syndicate the virtual tour. But the tours can also be used to market on your website and other marketing materials.

Matterport 3D Home Tours

What Is Matterport?
With Matterport 3D Home Tours, prospective buyers, renters, customers or visitors can take a tour of your property anytime, from anywhere. How is this possible? Matterport is a three-dimensional camera system you can use to create realistic, fully immersive experiences. Boise Real Estate Photography uses Matterport to capture imagery, collect measurements and process data to create, edit and share a 3D rendering of your listing.

1 Take a Tour
Viewers can then explore the location from a variety of viewpoints, learn more about the aspects of the location they’re interested in and get a feel for the space without having to physically travel there. They can view this 3D representation on a desktop computer, a mobile device or with a virtual-reality headset for an even more immersive experience.

Inside View

Do a walk-through of the space as if you were physically moving room-to-room and experience it as if you were there.

Floorplan View

Instantly get a bird’s eye view of the space, looking down from above as if the roof were removed so you can easily understand the layout of your listing.

Mattertags

Annotate features of the space by placing tags anywhere, such as notes, videos, and photos. Help guide viewers to what they need to see.

Measurement Tool

Measure any wall, door, window, or item within the space. You’ll be able to see if a piece of furniture or equipment will fit through doors, hallways, etc.

Schematic Floor Plans add to your marketing portfolio, create a complete listing presentation, acquire new sellers, engage more buyers, and ultimately lead to more sales. *(option)

Aerial Still Photos & Video

Real estate aerial photography is the use of drones to take low-altitude photographs of land and residential and commercial buildings for aerial marketing purposes. We can use all virtual formats for you on your listing including video and Matterport 3D Home Tours.

Boise Real Estate Photography and Preview of Homes have teamed up to provide you with the opportunity to palace your property on the Preview of Homes program on ABC on Sunday mornings at 9:30. Your images and video are formatted for television viewing. The finished product can also be used as a narrated virtual open house.
